“Leggende Segrete” is a journey, my journey over the years an impassioned, on-going exploration that has become my work in which I conceive, design and, if required, sew costumes for individuals, small theatrical productions and companies, fan-movies, photo sets, cosplay associations, theme parties, live role playing and many other types of shows.
Through this creative process, I am able to bring together my varied interests using a range of materials and techniques: fabrics and yarn, embroidery, paper, pearls and beads, sculpture, design, photography, books, and distant and ancient cultures. Everything unites to create a costume that is born in my mind, is then transferred to paper and finally, if required, is recreated in fabric and other materials. A team approach with directors, theater workshops and other operators in the show is always welcome. I am happy to provide estimates for original projects and/or ideas and sketches involving pre-existing subjects. All types of requests for costumes—whether historical, fantasy, contemporary or fictional—are welcome.
